Social Responsibility

We support our employees with a free public transport ticket. In choosing service providers, we rely on regional suppliers and promote a resource-conscious approach to working materials. We use 100% green electricity, organic and fair-trade products, and recycled paper.

First interview

This is a getting-to-know-you meeting with the hiring manager. You’ll be asked questions about your application motivation and professional experience, and you’ll get your questions answered as well.

Second interview

If we invite you for a second interview, depending on the position, it will take the form of one of the following:

Presentation of a practical task following a technical discussion
Trial working day, or
Peer programming session (applies to software development roles)

Third interview

If we invite you for a third interview, candidates for leadership positions will get to know the team. In the software development department, we’ll invite you for an insight day.

Professional structured and compassionate process

Wertschätzende Atmosphäre, interessierte Rückfragen, spannende Diskussion, allerdings war es etwas irritierend, dass vorab keine Informationen geteilt wurden, dass sich das Bewerbungsgespräch auf zwei Stellen (auf die sich auch beworben wurde) beziehen wird. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Transparenz gewünscht.

Schnelle Reaktion und konstruktives Gespräch, aber Verbesserungspotenzial in der Transparenz

Es hat mich sehr gefreut, wie schnell auf meine Bewerbung reagiert wurde. Der Personalleiter hat sich persönlich gemeldet und direkt nach einem Gespräch gefragt, da sich aus meinem Lebenslauf einige Fragen ergaben – das fand ich sehr gut und professionell. Im Gespräch ging es jedoch direkt um meine Gehaltsvorstellung, die meiner aktuellen Position angemessen ist. Dennoch war das Gespräch insgesamt sehr angenehm und konstruktiv, und ich hätte es gerne weitergeführt. Ein Punkt, der mich jedoch enttäuscht hat, war die fehlende Transparenz bezüglich des zweiten Gesprächs. Es wurde nur nach einem Termin für ein persönliches Kennenlernen gefragt, ohne darauf hinzuweisen, dass auch eine Aufgabe absolviert werden muss. Bei der Aufgabe hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass man entweder mehr Zeit dafür einplant oder zumindest fragt, ob das möglich ist. Abgesehen davon war die Kommunikation mit dem Personalteam äußerst informativ, schnell und in geschlechtergerechter Sprache – das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt war es eine positive Erfahrung, und ich hoffe, dass wir in Kontakt bleiben können und sich in der Zukunft eventuell erneut eine Möglichkeit zur Zusammenarbeit ergibt.
