We want to make it easier to combine family and career, so we’ve created flexible working models that accommodate changes in the lives of our employees as well as 30 days of vacation (25 days for working students) and guaranteed comp time off for overtime work.

We support our employees with a free public transport ticket. In choosing service providers, we rely on regional suppliers and promote a resource-conscious approach to working materials. We use 100% green electricity, organic and fair-trade products, and recycled paper.

First interview

This is a getting-to-know-you meeting with the hiring manager. You’ll be asked questions about your application motivation and professional experience, and you’ll get your questions answered as well.

Second interview

If we invite you for a second interview, depending on the position, it will take the form of one of the following:

  • Presentation of a practical task following a technical discussion
  • Trial working day, or
  • Peer programming session (applies to software development roles)

Third interview

If we invite you for a third interview, candidates for leadership positions will get to know the team. In the software development department, we’ll invite you for an insight day.

Due to GDPR restrictions, the only applications we can accept are those submitted via the form on our homepage. The maximum file size is 10 MB. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications by e-mail or via social media; they will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
